We hope everyone had a great time and enjoyed the race and the after party! Thank you to Tasty Trivia Florida for providing tunes and Rock & Brews Oviedo for providing delectable food for our team during our after party! We are thrilled to announce we had a team of 47 people! Your participation in this race will help HOPE Helps, Inc. with their mission to prevent and reduce homelessness in Central Florida. We hope to see you all back again next year and next time, bring a few friends!!!

This is a wonderful event for the whole family. You don’t have to be a marathon runner to come out and spend time with great people to help a wonderful cause. Hope Helps is a local organization that we try to assist as much as possible. Their mission is to prevent and reduce homelessness in Central Florida by equipping individuals and families to become self-sufficient through housing, outreach, prevention and education. They provide many different services to our community including: operation of a food pantry, operation of a thrift store that helps to partially support their endeavors and counseling.

This was the 8^th year this event has been put on and from what we understand, it just gets better and better every year. Not only did our firm contribute by being one of the sponsors for the event but our whole family participated in the race. We were honored to have been able to participate in the 6^th Annual Oviedo Police Foundation Golf Tournament that was held on 03/01/19 at Twin Rivers Golf Club. The police officers in our community do a great job of keeping us safe and making Oviedo a great place to live and work. The Oviedo Police Foundation serves to help provide police training and education opportunities, assist officers and their families in financial needs due to unforeseen hardships, such as injuries or illness and the purchase of supplemental equipment for use by the Oviedo Police Department. This is accomplished by raising money through fundraisers, donations and various events throughout the year. This event was one of those such events. The funds raised from participation and sponsorships will be used to help our local police department and by extension, our community. We loved being able to meet our local police officers and provide them with a fun day out on the golf course. We hope everyone that participated enjoyed themselves and had fun participating in the activities and socializing at the hole that we sponsored. Thank you to all of our first responders, firemen, and police officers for putting the lives and well-being of so many unknown people above your own to keep us safe. You make Oviedo a wonderful place to live and work.
