You are stuck in unfamiliar territory. You don’t know what your rights are or what you are entitled to. You have some family and friends telling you that you need to hire a lawyer. What do you do? You should research and interview potential workplace injury lawyers.
At Law Office of Brian D. Tadros, P.A., we provide our clients with high quality legal services in the area of workers’ compensation. Although Attorney Tadros handles only workers’ compensation cases, he is active in the community and has a strong business network, allowing him to provide referrals to competent lawyers he has personal relationships with in fields outside of his personal practice. These areas include: construction law, corporate law, criminal law, family law, guardianship, trusts, estates and probate, and personal injury. This is important because Attorney Tadros strives to provide his clients with solutions to their problems. Sometimes those problems extend outside the scope of a workers’ compensation claim and, in such circumstances, our client’s well-being is our number one priority. Having this expanded network of other professionals available for our clients is a useful asset.
Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary defines an advocate as:
“1. one who pleads the cause of another; specifically : one who pleads the cause of another before a tribunal or judicial court
2. one who defends or maintains a cause or proposal
3. one who supports or promotes the interests of a cause or group”
and defines counselor as:
1. a person who gives advice or counseling
2. LAWYER; specifically : one that gives advice in law and manages cases for clients in court…”
These two words sum up how we view our role in our clients' cases as succinctly as possible. Attorney Tadros explains the ins and outs of workers’ compensation cases to his clients, allowing them to understand what they are and are not entitled to. In the end, the priority is to make sure that his clients are treated fairly.
